Our goal is to make meals that satiate all of our eaters. From the meat and potato appetite to the vegan, gluten-free, health conscious, there is something for everyone. Of course we are always willing to work with restrictions. We ask for 72 hours lead time to accommodate to special requests!  Since we are making the same delicious meal for all of our jobs on any given day, we ask for Chef's Choice with our menus.

Our meals generally include the following:
Breakfast:
- An Egg Dish
- A Breakfast Meat, such as Bacon, Sausage
- Hash Browns, Tater Tots or Roasted Potatoes
- A Starch: Pancakes, French Toast, Biscuits, Bagels
- Assorted Pastries
- Fruit
- Coffee, Milks, OJ

Lunch:
- 2 Meat Dishes (One red, One lighter - One Gluten Free)
- 1 Tofu Dish (Vegetarian Option)
- 2 Grain/ Pasta/ Potato/ Bean Dishes (One Gluten Free)
- 3 Vegetable/ Fruit Sides
- 1 Mixed Green Salad
- Bread
- 2 House Made Pickles
- Dessert
- Iced Tea, Flavored Lemonade
